Purchasing and Accounts Payable Policies
Procurement policies define rules and regulations for a variety of activities related to the compliant procurement of goods and services, as well as payments and reimbursements.

Travel Policies
The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia is responsible for travel policies for the University System. Policies and procedures are contained in the Board of Regents Business Procedures Manual. In addition, the State of Georgia State Accounting Office is authorized to adopt rules and regulations governing travel policies that promote economy and efficiency in state government and which treat employees fairly and equitably.

Insurance and Claims Policies
Insurance and Claims Management policies define Georgia Tech insurance coverage requirements and procedures for the submission and payment of claims.

Asset Management Policies
Asset Management policies define functions and responsibilities related to property including equipment management.
